The Human Resource Officer will offer seamless support towards the provision of HR functions in the areas of recruitment, benefits administration and employee relations.
• Applicants must have a Degree Bachelors degree In Human Resources or in Business Administration or equivalent as wail as be registered with IHRM (K).
• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in a busy HR department.
• S/he should have excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills:
• Be able to work under pressure and maintain strict confidentiality.
• The successful candidate must be proficient in MS Office packages.
