Operations Department Intern at Kenya Good Neighbors (GN Kenya)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of Kenya Good Neighbors Hope school project (Education support program) activities.
• Research and report on various departmental activities as required by supervisor so as to meet project objectives.
• Collects and analyzes data; prepares scheduled and special reports for supervisor.
• Assists with grant and/or proposal writing as appropriate to the objectives and funding nature of programs; may participate in other fundraising activities.
• Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
 
 Required Qualifications

•    Bachelor degree in Project Management, Community Development, Sociology or related course.
•     Ability of Creative thinking, problem solving, strategic planning, persuasive communication.
•     Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports.
•     Good reporting and Computer skill (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point).
•     Fluency in English.
•     Research and proposal writing skills.
•    Knowledge and ability to apply M&E skills
•     Ability to have networking and partnership
•     Community participation and mobilization skills
