To implement public health and environmental laws and regulations through proper sanitation, vector and vermin control, food and water safety, hygiene, solid and liquid
waste management including disposal of hazardous waste, drinking water, quality; surveillance of environmental pollutants; prevention and control of disease outbreaks and hygiene education.
