    HR and Admin Officer – Real Estate

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify overarching company performance and development goals.
    • Create and oversee the implementation of the procedures that support and enhance employee performance as per the company’s objectives.
    • Manage Performance and carry out quarterly and monthly performance appraisals.
    • Establish a two-way communication channel to receive employee feedback and modify development policies and standards accordingly
    • Gather and assess business intelligence and the necessary data to assess employee performance and identify individual and departmental workplace issues and development barriers.
    • Draft research-based performance efficiency reports, present them to senior leadership, and suggest performance management changes as necessary.
    • Coordinate and engage in insightful staff training practices and development plans to reach the established performance target goals.
    • Determine and resolve workplace issues that prevent optimal performance, such as individual grievances or poor departmental structures.
    • Provide guidance to employees and management in regard to HR policies and practices and relevant employment
    • Explain to employees the methodology of current or upcoming performance practices thoroughly and professionally and follow up with them to ensure organization-wide understanding
    • Recommend effective reward management schemes and incentives for staff.
    • Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources and office administration.
    • Must be a member of IHRM
    • Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
    • Proficient in MS Office; HRMS knowledge is a plus.
    • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    Receptionist – Real Estate

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet, assist, and direct visitors appropriately; ensure guest experience is handled efficiently and professionally.
    • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed; manage company email and correspondence.
    • Handle scheduling for the conference room, and appointments, and manage staff calendars as required.
    • Assist with various administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
    • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries; manage outgoing mail and coordinate courier services.
    • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory; place orders and verify receipt of supplies.
    • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.
    • Help organize office gatherings and meetings, including arrangement of logistics, catering, and attendee management.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors Degree or equivalent in business management.
    • Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Receptionist or an executive assistant.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and telephone switchboard operations.
    • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
    • Professional attitude and appearance with a customer-oriented approach.
    • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to organize tasks efficiently.
    • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

    Finance Manager – Real Estate

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
    • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as invoicing, purchases receipting, and other transactions.
    • Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
    • Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; and reconciling entries.
    • Summarize financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements like management accounts monthly
    • Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
    • Oversee and drive efficiency in the production process.
    • Provide leadership in the finance department
    • Protects the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
    • Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
    • Spearhead daily and monthly stock take
    • Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
    • Review and suggest ways to improve the overall efficiency and spending of the company
    • Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
    • Spearhead debt collection and ensure the debt level is well-managed
    • Balance the debt and credit levels of the company and ensure smooth operation
    • Prepare the company’s annual budget and manage monthly departmental budgets
    • Participate in financial standards setting and in the forecast process
    • Provide input into the department’s goal-setting process
    • Prepare financial statements and produce budgets according to schedule
    • Oversee tax audits and tax returns
    • Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
    • Support daily, month-end, and year-end close process
    • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
    • Ensure compliance with Company policies and Departmental Standard Operating Procedures
    • Ensure proper daily filing and archiving of all finance department documents.
    • Liaise with the management to improve financial procedures

    Qualifications:

    • A Bachelor of Commerce, Business Administration, or related degree with a major in accounting or Finance
    • Certified Accountant CPA (K) qualification.
    • Minimum of 6 of years progressive working experience as a finance manager
    • Should have knowledge and experience in Sharia/Islamic Banking.
    • Good knowledge of accounting, auditing, and financial and management reporting.
    • Computer literacy and computerized accounting experience.
    • Knowledge and experience in working with accounting packages. – Sage
    • Strong decision-making abilities.
    • Strong analytical and planning skills
