    Head of Financial Risk Management

    Job Purpose Statement

    To support the Group’s ALM management by managing risks faced by the bank due to mismatches between assets and liabilities on account of liquidity or changes in interest rates. The role will have oversight on the Volumes, Mix, Rate sensitivity, Quality and Liquidity of the bank’s assets and liabilities as well as general balance sheet optimization to achieve pre-determined/acceptable risk/reward trade off.

    NCBA is implementing its open platform strategy to simplify development on our products. The Developer Advocate is the developer community’s voice. They gather community feedback and questions about the product and take it back to the product acceleration team so they can make improvements and create a better user experience.

    JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT

    The Head of Product Design is responsible for leading and coordinating multiple design workstreams for user-facing products. They will use their expertise to guide designers and ensure their work aligns with the overall strategy. They will also serve as a partner in business and implementation decisions, advocating for the needs of users by applying your understanding of how to transform insights into data-driven, human-centric designs.

    Product Owner

    JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT

    The role holder is in charge of a product throughout its product lifecycle. That includes working out what customers want, helping the business to build the right product, and then supporting the business to sell it.     Senior Manager, UX Design

    JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT

    The Senior Manager, UX Design will be responsible for development and improvement of client-centric journeys across Loop DFS’ channels, ensuring that the experiences are optimized for delivery across channels and meet relevant KPIs. This involves spearheading UX for the organization - driving standards, enabling, empowering and educating UX staff, and stepping into hands-on strategic projects as needed.     • UX/UI, sales, customer support, finance or marketing. Understanding of go-to-market commerce enablers (e.g., payments, loyalty, subscriptions, etc.).
    • Ability to achieve strategic goals and evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends in an innovative and fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills.
    • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
    • Experience with using A/B testing as tool to inform product improvements
    • Proven capabilities in leading design thinking/co-creation engagements with leaders at senior levels.
    • Proven experience in managing medium size & diverse teams; ideally experience managing creative teams of designers and developers
