    Conference - Sales Intern

    Sales Internship Key Responsibilities

    • To plan and set the sales forecasts for the conference
    • To identify and personally manage the accounts of major customers to maximise sales.
    • To manage the leads agency to achieve new sales leads.
    • To follow up the leads produced to obtain new clients, including visiting client premises, where appropriate, to secure new business.
    • To develop and maintain a database of enquiries received and action plan to convert to actual sales.
    • To produce weekly activity report to the Manager
    • Cold call as appropriate and meet with potential clients to maximize opportunities.
    • Maximize revenues through research, company visits
    • If leads don’t convert to sales, ascertain why
    • Work closely with the manager to maximize sales and put in to practice any ideas
    • Track and record activity on new business progress
    • Identify opportunities for new campaigns and offers
    • The role will be focused on nurturing the existing client base as well as focusing on new business exploiting exceptional sales skills with effective and successful results.
