Youth Programme Development Advisor at Volunteer Service Overseas (VSO)

Job description

• You have a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Social Sciences, International Development, or the equivalent degree. A master's degree preferred. 
• A minimum of 5 years experience in the management and coordination of Youth Development, volunteer management, and inclusion
• Experience working with the government, NGOs, and civil society organizations
• Experience in developing, designing, and implementing activities(including capacity building and strengthening activities); developing training materials ; delivering and facilitating trainings;
• Proven experiences in developing systems and procedures, Advisory, communication, networking, Coaching and mentoring skills;
