    Sales Manager

    Sales Manager Job Responsibilities

    • Plans and directs the organization’s sales strategy from a business and technical perspective.
    • Develop budget and projections
    • Oversees discussions and sales with sponsors and agencies and negotiates agreements with outside.
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
    • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
    • Evaluate emerging technologies . Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption wher appropriate.
    • Finding out who controls the advertising budget in target organizations and contacting them .
    • Prepare & deliver sales presentations to new and existing clients
    • Prepare promotional plans sales literature ,media kits and sales contract.

    Qualifications for the Sales Manager Job

    • At Least 5-10 years experience
    • Proven Sales results
    • At least a Bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing or related field.
    • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
    • Strong business sense and industry expertise
