Job description
DAMCO Logistics Kenya Ltd is looking for a Fin Ops Manager who will be responsible for managing the Fin Ops team’s accuracy in reporting by ensuring all costs are accrued correctly in time and billing done both in time and correctly hence ensuring that our job costing and eventually cm1 reporting represents operational profitability at all times. As a Fin Ops Manager, you will report to the Head of Customer Service Office.

We Offer
A Visible Role Where You Will Be Responsible For
Fin Ops team’s accuracy in reporting by ensuring all costs are accrued correctly in time and billing done both in time and correctly
Managing and reporting on the team’s Kewill jobs with best estimates for all bookings and handover to Operations, execute the job, and once job is completed, do final job costing
Coordinate resolution of any exceptional issues with GSC, Customers, Operations and finance
In return, you will gain valuable experience in long-term strategy planning and execution, negotiation, and play a pivotal role in setting the future direction of Damco ESAF.
