Manager and supervise activities in warehouse section such as inventory control, receiving, dispatch finished products and supply material to productions
Plan, manage, follow up and control daily operation and reporting system in the warehouse
Manage team members in respect of planning work schedule to ensure customer deliveries are on time and in full
Implement and monitor FIFO for all materials include raw material, finished products and consumable material
Perform cycle count and update inventory weekly, monthly and annual inventory physical count and month end closing
Maintaining and updating stock records
Continuously monitor performance and activities of warehouse section to ensure KPIs performance are achieved.
Update SOP and WI in warehouse in accordance with Operation System requirements
Ensure a culture of safety throughout the organization by following safety policies and procedures
Participate in World Class Manufacturing activities
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in business administration or Logistics Management
At least 5 years working experience in warehouse and logistics function
Good knowledge of MS Office
Experience in SAP is an advantage
Good command in English communication
Strong interpersonal skills, leadership, decision making and problem-solving skills
