Direct Sales Trainee at BeautyClick

Job description

You will be a part of the most ambitious sales trainee program in the African Beauty industry and be exposed to an international entrepreneurial environment. After graduating from the trainee program you are expected to have build on your sales and communication skills, as well as product knowledge and certifications. If you are offered a permanent position after the trainee program you will have the opportunity to be part of a journey conquering Sub-Saharan Africa based on learnings from Kenya.

During the trainee program you are entitled to receive a small stipend.

Duties & Responsibilities

• You will be a trainee in BeautyClick’s sales department
• Become confident with BeautyClick’s value proposition, procedures, and product range
• Focus on selling through individual agents (direct marketing), salons, corporates and direct sales to end users making sure to achieve continuous and repeat business.
• Develop your skill-set during the trainee program and meet individual and team targets set by your manager
• Maintain good client relationships before and after sales activities
• Review your own sales performance, against targets as you gain experience
• Represent BeautyClick at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
