Job Description

To ensure the success of the venture and deliver excellent satisfaction to our guests and return on investment, the hotel is seeking for outstanding individuals with passion to excel to fill the following positions.

Reporting to the Sous Chef. , the incumbent will be engaged in undertaking food preparation and ensuring food is prepared in a timely manner and to the standards of the hotel.

Qualifications

• Possess a Certificate in Food and Beverage Production or equivalent from a recognized training institution;
• Have a minimum of three years working experience in a reputable institution preferably a 4-5 star hotel
• Possess a valid Food Handlers certificate.
• Great wealth in preparing foods from various themes to include but not limited to continental, oriental,
• African, among others.
