HR Assistant at Lintons Beauty World

Job Duties

• Analyzing all staff time reports
• Compiling and updating employee records monthly
• Documents processing and preparations of reports related to Staffing, Recruitment, Training and Performance evaluations.
• Prepare staff schedules
• Coordinate HR projects-Meetings, Trainings, Surveys
• Give support on employee requests regarding Policies, Company rules and Regulations
• Provide relevant data for payroll processing
• Assist in handling Staff Complaints
• Follow through new staff orientation
• Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates
• Process online statutory remittances and ensure Compliance with staff
• Communicate with staff on scheduled trainings
• Help schedule for performance appraisal

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in HR,
• Must be a Member of IHRM
• 2 years

• Previous working with HRIS is an added advantage
