Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• To enhance the engagement level of Strategic Partner / Vendor to a Strategic level.
• To enhance Employee satisfaction and professional development of the team Members to take on the process & technology challenges.
• By regular reviews at central level and ensuring structured feedback mechanism from & to Strategic Partners.
• Coach and mentor on a regular and structured basis; monitor and review progress. Encourage learning and knowledge sharing.
• Drafting scope of work for managed services.
• Partner selection.
• Network & process transformation recommendations for enabling best in class performance.
• UNOC technology / platform selection, multi-vendor compatibility, Node Management & Service Management layer development.

• Should have lead Technical function of a similar scale.

Qualifications and Experience

• University degree (Engineering or Computer Science)
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in GSM / UMTS Network Operations & Maintenance / NOC Operations exposure to Managed Services model.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in telecommunication/other relevant industry
• Experience from simplification and innovation projects.
• Experience in driving OPCOs towards simplification & standardization.
