Job Description

Position requirements:-
- Certificate in Health Records and Information Technology preferably from KMTC.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Good Communication skills.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Registration of patients and generation of new charts for new patients.
- Retrieval of in-patients and outpatient files and cards, and searching any missing files as well tracing them.
- Coding and indexing of diseases of both inpatient and outpatient files and cards according to ICD-10.
- Mounting of investigations and filing of both in patient and out patients files and cards.
- Provide full time coverage (including night duties) in rotation with the other records staff.
- Any other duty assigned to you by your supervisor.
