Salary Scale: Kshs 27,680.00 to Kshs 32,920.00
House Allowance: Kshs 10,000.00
Commuter Allowance: Kshs 4,000.00

Job Description

• Organizing and coordinating official events;
• Preparing guest list and seating arrangements;
• Coordinating arrangements for press coverage of official functions;
• Facilitating linkages with other institutions and organizations;
• Ensuring efficient and effective communication with stakeholders and visitors to the office of the Governor and/or County Government;
• Facilitating appointments;
• Ensuring proper etiquette for official engagements; and
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications

• Be a Kenyan citizen;
• Be a holder of at least a Bachelor’s Degree from a university recognized in Kenya and a Post-graduate qualification in any of the following: Public Relations, International Relations, Diplomacy and Marketing;
• Be in possession of Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade C+ and above;
• Have working experience in Public Relations or Protocol Service;
• Demonstrate understanding and commitment to the values and principles of service as outlined in articles 10 and 232 of the
• Constitution of Kenya, 2010;
• Be computer literate; and
• Satisfy the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010.
