    FMCG Sales Supervisor

    Job Details

    • Oversight van sale men ensuring each hit their target hence the overall targets.
    • Ensuring timeliness working hours, reporting.
    • Coordinating with line supervisors and seniors to ensure that important tasks are carried out without affecting sales and timelines.
    • Ensuring that training is carried out for van sales man at least once a month.
    • Ensuring the sales board is filled every day.
    • Conducting route accompaniment at least once every week each route.
    • Provide insight in the development of policies from best practices.
    • Ensuring that Kenya breweries agenda are driven at all times.
    • Verifying control forms and handing over to accountant before 9: am every morning.
    • Solving client problems at their level and escalating unsolvable to manager.
    • Couch, train, counsel, discipline VSM and junior retail supervisors.
    • Ensures retail level targets are met.
    • Ensure pricing is correct.
    • Evaluate on-the-job performance of sales team.
    • Identify future and current trends that appeal to consumers.
    • Ensure items are in stock.
    • Keep up with fluctuating demand and supply.
    • Utilize DMS to conduct sales Gap analysis and forward plan.
    • Monitor local competitors.
    • Organize sales staff schedules.
    • Preside over staff meetings.
    • Assist sales staff in achieving sales targets.
    • Handle customer complaints, questions and issues.
    • Any other role as given as assigned by the business.

    Requirements:

    • Diploma in Sales and Marketing.
    • Supervision Experience for 1 year or more supervising more than 20 people.
    • Sales experience at least 2 year in FMCG
    • Excellent selling skills, including closing ability, strong negotiation, as well as excellent people management skills.
    • Ability to multi-task.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Strong organization skills.
    • Clean working records.
