    Develop the business to the next level, and if he/she does very well, there is scope for further promotion.

    Job Description

    PERSON PROFILE

    • Outstanding experience in the micro-finance sector including check-off loans for government, public sector and private sector staff, trade financing, logbook security financing, invoice discounting, etc.
    • Degree in Sales/Marketing is a plus but not a must as long as your track record of 4-5 years sales/business development in relevant micro-finance sector can be demonstrated.
    • Ability to develop and manage a sales team to peak performance is necessary.
