    Assistant Manager - Knowledge Management

    Chief Manager – Knowledge Management

    Job summary:

    Responsible for the personalisation strategy by overseeing the knowledge sharing strategy/initiatives or programmes to institutionalize knowledge management practices.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Oversee the people aspect of knowledge management strategy/initiatives and programmes such as communities of practice and networks.
    • Coordination and organization of organization-wide knowledge management awareness programme.
    • Assist in creating and overseeing the knowledge retention and transfer initiative.
    • Assisting in creating and implementing knowledge management policy and strategic plan.
    • Design, implementation, and management of communities of practice and knowledge-sharing networks;
    • Coordination of knowledge-sharing-related monitoring & evaluation and reporting efforts.
    • Lead drafting and implementation of KM communication plan.
    • Promote knowledge sharing in the organizational processes and systems through the implementation of the communities of practice.
    • Lead the creation of awareness and engagement programmes on knowledge management to ensure uptake.
    • Initiate strategic partnerships with departments and business units to support the implementation of KM initiatives.
    • Lead the capture of knowledge needs analysis from departments aligned to KM.
    • Facilitates seamless knowledge sharing across the organization’s departments.
    • Interacts regularly with operations colleagues to ensure continuous capturing, managing, and sharing of critical knowledge in the organization.
    • Assist in development of knowledge-sharing-related budgets.
    • Coordination of quality control and timely validation of knowledge assets for uploading in iKnow platform.
    • Give updates on issues related to quality assurance
