• Own means of transportation

Job Responsibilities

• Works independently under minimal supervision; Generates monthly growth sales of 2m and meets this demand
• Completes monthly Tender applications & submissions including government projects
• Excellent communication skills; knowledge in architectural materials and construction details;Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
• Sells interior design-build products and meets target sales; Excellent sales and marketing skills
• Close projects pertaining to interior design consultation. Self-drive position, determination, persistence and tenacity; Self-motivation and a can do attitude.
• Website maintenance and updates
• Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available
• Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
• Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
• Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them
• Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
• Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement
• Generates a sales force team
