Grade: KNCHR 7

Gross Salary: Kshs. 64, 614

Responsibilities

• Implement policies and guidelines that supports the Commissions objectives on counseling;
• Follow up counseling matters that need resolutions and write quarterly and annual reports;
• Provide advice on counseling related matters and action required to management;
• Carry out debriefing and referrals on issues of counseling;
• Offer psychosocial support/counselling to petitioners and staff members as per the guidelines of the Complaints and Investigations department

Job Qualifications

• Diploma in counselling from a recognized institution
• 2 year of service in a comparable position from a reputable organization
• Excellent IT skills, with working knowledge for the various packages.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and lead cohesive teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
• Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya
