Job description

Purpose of the Consultancy

In-house training on key commitment areas of the Core Humanitarian Standards (CHS) on Quality and Accountability, including development of code of conduct, safe guarding policies, community accountability framework and PSEA (prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse) policy

Specific objectives:

• To organize and train local partners in development of accountability frameworks, safeguarding policies and code of conduct and PSEA principles
• Support partners co-create their own policies and frameworks as a way forward after the training
• Provide practical ways of rolling out the key documents in the partners respective organizations

Key Deliverables

• Successful facilitation of the training workshop as evaluated by participants
• Comprehensive workshop learning report developed
• A clear post-training action plan for implementing partners developed and adopted
