Customer Service & Sales Internship

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to all customers
• Update data and ensure the integrity of all data .
• Conduct sales/marketing and advertising activities as and when needed
• Help develop and implement strategic sales plans
• Report weekly sales figures Stay current with client needs, competition, and industry trends
• Deliver sales presentations/proposals to prospective customers with a successful closing rate
• Develop and manage customer & agent relationships Evaluate client and customer accounts

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Customer Service,Marketing or related field of study. Experience in customer service or sales would be preferred.
• Excellent written English;
• Good verbal communication skills;
• Good computer skills;
