Software Quality Assurance Analyst at FlexPay

Job Details

• Responsible for developing end-to-end test strategy based upon software specifications.
• Consults with project managers, product managers and software developers to identify system requirements.
• Develop and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Identify, clearly document and prioritize defects.
• Create and track quality assurance metrics.
• Provide input related to testing environments and testing software. Coordinate testing efforts.
• Design, develop and implement test strategies; develop and execute manual and automated test cases; create and track QA metrics per project; track and prioritize software defects; develop and communicate testing time-lines with affected stakeholders; maintain expertise in testing technologies and strategies.
• Provide subject matter expertise in testing procedures and defect resolutions; document and share testing knowledge; support developers and business analysts in troubleshooting issues as needed; keep knowledge up-to-date.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Science, Management Information
• Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• At least two years’ experience automated testing
• At least two years’ experience developing overall testing strategies
• At least two years’ experience with API and integrations testing
• At least four years’ experience manually testing software
• Some experience with SoapUI or SOAtest, JIRA, Selenium, Redgate SQL Test or other testing Software

As IS: 

• Develops overall test strategies
•  Develops testing methodology.
• Creates testing standards and strategies of the QA team
•  Mentors other QA testers
