Human Resource Officer at Red Dot Distribution

Job Summary: To handle the Human Resource department and provide administrative support to ensure smooth running of the department and quality delivery of services to the work force.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Recruiting and staffing
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
• Maintain staff records
• Provide timely and accurate inputs for the final dues processing.
• Assist to coordinate staff Performance Management including probation assessment and appraisals.
• Send out communications for confirmation and contract changes
• Attend and resolve employee -employer conflicts.
• Conduct training needs assessment, prepare and coordinate training programmers.
• Advise the Management on human resources policies, procedures and practices.
• Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time
