JOB DESCRIPTION

The role will last for 3-6 months and will take place in our headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya. The position is full-time during that period and is voluntary, but we will provide a stipend on a commission arrangement.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Experience is valued more than academic qualifications, though relevant degrees include bachelors or masters in marketing and business administration;
• Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.
• Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.
• Understanding of public relations.
• Advanced communication skills.
• Confident, independent and proactive worker, able to multi-task under pressure;
• Passionate about developing communities and empowering women in construction;
