    Business Development Manager(Sales)

    Job Description

    The incumbent should have the following requirements;
    • Must have proper qualifications in sales field.
    • Have a valid drivers license and owns a vehicle.
    • Should have experience in SAP business , exposure  in sage,Syspro,Evolution,Navision and similar ERP'S.
    • Should also be experienced in selling CXOs.
    • Experience in Technical Pre-sales which will be an added advantage,with a successful track record in consultative selling and Target Achievement.
    • Kenya Nationals are encouraged to apply.
    • No gender bias.
     
    Responsibilities will be;
    • Managing sales team.
    • Hunting for new prospects(on their own and in conjunction with the sales team)
    • Will be responsible for initial prospect meetings,qualification,solutio proposal and closing.
     
    Attributes required will be;
    • One Must be results driven.
    • Able to exceed quarterly targets
    • Should be ambitious
    • Focused and well organized.
    • Self motivated
    • Deadline driven
    • Excellent Multitasker and Time management skill
