Business Development Manager(Sales)

Job Description
The incumbent should have the following requirements;
- Must have proper qualifications in sales field.
- Have a valid drivers license and owns a vehicle.
- Should have experience in SAP business , exposure in sage,Syspro,Evolution,Navision and similar ERP'S.
- Should also be experienced in selling CXOs.
- Experience in Technical Pre-sales which will be an added advantage,with a successful track record in consultative selling and Target Achievement.
- Kenya Nationals are encouraged to apply.
- No gender bias.
Responsibilities will be;
- Managing sales team.
- Hunting for new prospects(on their own and in conjunction with the sales team)
- Will be responsible for initial prospect meetings,qualification,solutio proposal and closing.
Attributes required will be;
- One Must be results driven.
- Able to exceed quarterly targets
- Should be ambitious
- Focused and well organized.
- Self motivated
- Deadline driven
- Excellent Multitasker and Time management skill
