    Lead Ultrasound Sales Specialist

    Job description

    Role Summary

    Customer facing staff responsible for winning business. Recognized as a lead expert, influences at the manager level on sales planning and execution. This role is responsible of selling and growing all US segments in East Africa ( direct and indirect ) : GI, CVUS , WHUS, PCUS & POC , and may be assigned additional segments to specialize in and deepen the expertise .

    Essential Responsibilities

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Within a geographic area responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects
    • Contributes to sales plan in a specific region
    • Defines sales strategy for targeted clients
    • Products and systems requiring technical knowledge
    • Some customization to client conditions can be done
    • Cooperates with (technical) sales support to realize sales
    • Is leading a department with medium sized estimated orders

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales) or equivalent knowledge or work experience
    • Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Sales Origination
    • Prior experience in Ultrasound Sales is required
    • Experience working within the healthcare industry
    • Must have valid authorization to work full-time without any restriction in the role's location
