Responsibilities

• Ensuring restaurant is ready for operation,
• Ensuring guest expectations are met.
• Conducting daily briefings,
• Handling complaints .
• Stocktaking (operating equipment& bar).
• Briefing the waiters before service
• Allocating service stations to waiters.
• Helping customers to sit as per their booking and sitting arrangements.
• Ensuring good customer relations.

Qualifications

• Degree/ Diploma in hospitality.
• 5 years’ as a restaurant manager
• Experience in the Hotel a MUST .
