Programme Intern at Education Development Trust - CfBT

Job Purpose

The intern will support the deputy project directors in overall project management and in coordinating the project implementing partners activities to ensure timely attainment of project targets and objectives. She/he will also provide effective communication and liaison services to project partners and field staff across the project Counties.

Job Duties

• Support in development of quarterly project plans and preparation for project activities.
• Maintain a current record of workplan implementation status.
• Assist in review of partners reports to extract key achievements and develop summaries for use in higher-level reporting
• Assist in drafting and proof reading of client narrative reports and update the project tracking tools.
• Assist with the organization of project meetings and workshops, preparation of minutes and action tracking
• Assist in general project administrative, data entry and records keeping tasks.
• Participate in project field visits for the purpose on monitoring implementation progress and learning.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by colleagues.
