    PMO Business Banking

    The Role Responsibilities

    • End to end development of Digital Business/Guaranteed Instalments loan product launch.
    • Devise strategy for Business Banking Digital roadmap
    • Coordinate Product implementation between Business; Operations, Technology & all third parties.
    • Drive ideation around country innovations and enhancements to both lending and transaction.
    • Execute the digital product strategy for achievement of digital Products launch and system management in Business Banking Kenya.
    • Source and develop high quality & innovative digital products after assessing market potential, client needs and competitive product range, to achieve revenue growth and grow Business Banking Revenue.
    • Support product management activities for the Bank’s Assets and deposits proposition including, but not limited to;
      • enhancements and innovations in the digital platform
      • digital marketing and promotion
      • design and management of sales campaigns
    • Help with client insight collection and frontline co-creation by working closely with all stakeholders across operations, ITO and TB.
    • Preparing market analysis reports & performance presentations to the senior management on a month-to-month basis.
    • Ensure that the frontline teams are well trained in all new initiatives under taken on the various delivery channels.
    • Work with all functions of the bank including all business streams, Operations, Sales & service to define and deliver end-to-end customer experience on the Channels.
    • Ensure Channel growth through product development, new acquisitions and expansion and deepening of existing relationships.
    • Steward regulatory and day to day requirements from country and work with Legal and Compliance for all regulatory approval requests and reporting.
    • Work closely with senior stakeholders in the country to ensure business needs and expectations are being met.
    • Continue to support the digital migration agenda in Business Banking while working closely with Client Relationships & Client Acquiring teams
    • Support country segment/product teams on digital facet of alliances and partnerships, while working closely with Alliances Team.
    • Relationship Management with all third parties in scope for support of platforms.
    • Responsible for developing and implementing Service Level Agreements with third parties with the Bank for support of Business Banking digital platforms.
    • Represent Standard charted and Business Banking through participation at local financial bodies, consortiums, and where needed, strategically important regulatory forums.
    • Keep abreast of latest trends on digital lending, financial markets, consumer behaviours and use of technology in providing solutions to clients.

    • Ability to steer both strategic design thinking, and execution
    • Rally people around new processes

    Skills

    • Fintech/digital background, experience(over 7 years), previous successful products roll-out in the industry
    • In-depth knowledge of Digital Banking Business, technology & operations
    • Re-engineering of Business, technology & operational processes
    • Project management skills
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with senior management, customers, vendors, partners, sales, IT, L&C and Operations
