Introduction

Reporting to the Head of IFA , the incumbent will be responsible for procuring Life business through IFAs ( Brokers, Agencies and Independent Agents). This is a senior position within the Retail space. It is a commission based, open ended contract.

IFA Consultant

IFA consultants – LIFE BUSINESS: Nairobi 5, Mombasa 1, Kisumu 1, Eldoret1, Nakuru1

Reporting to the Head of IFA , the incumbent will be responsible for procuring Life business through IFAs ( Brokers, Agencies and Independent Agents).

The incumbent will also be required to deliver on several key performance indicators in respect to individual life business and to submit regular reports regarding the same.

Key Results Areas

• Acquisition of new individual life clients through Agencies , Brokers and Independent Agents
• Training and developing of IFAs
• To achieve the product mix & productivity targets.
• Retention of existing clients to ensure commercial viability of existing portfolio
• Accurately and timely generate p reports
• Be able to gather Market intelligence on competition

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor degree or Diploma is required.
• COP Accreditation
• At least 2 years’ experience in distribution of individual life business
• Exposure and understanding of Insurance products

• High level of energy, drive and creativity , ability to identify and create coordinated sales opportunities within the IFA Data
• Good Planner with task and time management proficiency
