Technical Service Engineer at Jinko Solar Co., Ltd

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide Pre-and After-Sales support and consultation to MEA Sales Teams and Customers
• Responsible for further development of Global Monitoring Data Base
• Ensuring efficient and timely response to Customer and Sales Team
• Managing customer information for defects and claim issues, failure analysis, problem solving with internal resources
• Active capturing of customer needs on product development and collecting market information
• Contacts with laboratories and institutes
•  Participates in industry workshops and events and presents Jinko products and technologies
• Supports the company activities in SSA region

Your profile:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Technology or related field
• First career experience or relevant experience gained through internships (I prefer to have at least two years previous experience in technical support role and/or previous exposure to solar industry)
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and plan workload in order to meet business needs and goals
• Self-motivated, proactive and dedicated approach
• Languages: English, French (preferred)
•  Willing and able to work in South Africa with frequent travel to SSA region (up to 50%)
