    Human Resource Manager

    Job Description

    The successful candidate will have a ground floor opportunity as an early member of our team. You will have the unique opportunity to help build a rapidly growing leader in the healthcare market.

    The candidate’s role will be a Human Resource Manager.

    Ref: IMH/HR/FM/28

    Contract renewable annually.

    DUTIES include but not limited to:

    • Provides leadership in developing a functional organization structure
    • Works with managers to develop & monitor performance management system
    • Ensure employee mentoring, coaching and performance monitoring is practiced
    • Coordinate staff trainings & capacity development programmes.
    • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
    • Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
    • Maintains human resource staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

    MINIMUM Job requirements are:

    • University degree in management, administration or equivalent
    • HRP Certification by IHRM or equivalent body as required by HRP Act 2012

    COMPETENCIES required:

    • Budgeting skills
    • Critical Thinking skills
    • Public relations
    • Communication skills

    Work station will be in Embu, Kenya
