• School Fees Management & Parent Engagement
• Financial Transactions & Supplier Payments
• Financial Record-Keeping & Systems Management
• Reporting & Compliance
• Other Duties: Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the HR/Director.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in accounting, preferably in schools or educational institutions.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for parent engagement.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
