Accountant (Healthcare & Equipment Sector)

- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Managing accounts payable/receivable and payroll
- Handling invoicing for both products and service contracts
- Reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies
- Supporting audits, budgeting, and statutory compliance
- Aligning financial data with logistics, procurement, and operations
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in healthcare or technical services
- Deep understanding of inventory accounting and costing for installations/projects
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams
