Accountant at Nexus Staffing Solutions

Our client a leading Aesthetic and Wellness Clinic in Kenya, is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Accountant to support day-to-day financial operations. The role is ideal for a professional who is hands-on, accurate, and experienced in managing finances in a busy service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, books of accounts, and ledgers
• Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow statements
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Handle invoicing, receipts, and payment reconciliations
• Support payroll preparation and statutory deductions
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory filings
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Support audits and financial reviews when required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA (Part I or II) is an added advantage
• At least 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
