Accountant- (Real Estate and Property Management) at MNC Consulting Group Limited

Our client in the real estate and property management industry is seeking to fill the position of an accountant. The Accountant will oversee and manage financial transactions, reporting, and compliance for real estate and property management operations. This role ensures accurate financial records, proper budgeting, and adherence to financial regulations, while providing insights to optimize property profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, tenant lease records, and property expenses.
• Analyze profitability and cash flow.
• Develop and monitor budgets for projects and operations.
• Provide variance analysis and cash flow forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations (VAT, property taxes, etc.).
• File statutory deductions and liaise with auditors.
• Maintain tenant lease records and manage rent collection. Reconcile tenant accounts and service charges.
• Track property acquisitions, sales, and improvements. Manage depreciation, loans, and mortgages.
• Implement tailored accounting software.
• Streamline financial processes for efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Experience: 3+ years in accounting, 2+ in real estate or property management.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Yardi) and advanced Excel.
• Soft Skills: Analytical, detail-oriented, strong communication, and deadline management.
