Accountant with Quickbooks and US GAAP at Solvo Global

Responsibilities

• Support the month-end close process for both cash- and accrual-basis clients (QuickBooks Online).
• Maintain schedules in Google Sheets to support account balances.
• Post general and adjusting journal entries.
• Prepare draft reporting packets in Fathom.
• Assist with client onboarding (migrate to new chart of accounts, set up month-end schedules in project management software, etc.).

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong experience with accrual accounting.
• Preferably experience in GAAP-compliant environments (e.g., supporting businesses with annual GAAP audits).
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Drive.
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online (certification is a plus but not required).
• Preferable experience with Bill.com and Ramp.
