Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and payment collection.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Prepare and file tax returns in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain and update accounting software and databases.

Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Must have 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
