Accounting Functional Consultant at Nathan Digital

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Software Functional Consultant with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices, coupled with extensive experience in implementing and optimizing accounting software solutions to streamline financial operations and enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand business requirements related to accounting and financial processes.
• Design, configure, and implement accounting software solutions to meet business needs and objectives.
• Provide functional expertise and recommendations regarding best practices in accounting and financial management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of accounting systems.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of accounting software.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of accounting software systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to accounting software functionality and performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user guides.
• Stay current with the latest accounting software technologies, updates, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accounting Software Functional Consultant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software systems
• Experience in configuring and customizing accounting software solutions to meet specific business needs.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and best practices.
• Familiarity with tax laws and regulations.
