Accounts Clerk
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , Diploma
- Experience 1 - 2 years
- Location Nakuru
- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit
Accounts Clerk – Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and book-keeping
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts (AP & AR)
- Manage petty cash and perform bank reconciliations
- Support inventory control and production cost tracking
- Prepare basic financial reports (daily/monthly)
- Ensure statutory compliance (VAT, PAYE, NSSF, SHIF)
- Assist in audit preparation and documentation
- Use accounting systems and Excel for data management
Requirements / Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA Qualification
- 1–2 years accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
