Job Summary
Eastnat Ltd is inviting applications from qualified applicants to fill the Accounts Intern position. Responsibilities include but not limited to stock receiving and management, processing invoices, filing records, reconciling bank statements with the general ledger, updating, maintaining and posting accounting entries and records.
Experience & Qualifications
- CPA sec 1 and above
- Proficiency in Excel & Word
- Excellent organizational, communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Reliable & dependable
- Team player
- Self motivated
Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive and validate & post all invoices during stocks receiving.
- Following up on missing documents.
- Generate invoices and their supporting documentation.
- Maintaining records for all transactions.
- Raise all payments and ensure approval and documentations is done.
- File paperwork for all the payments.
- Manage & post all bank transactions in ledgersComplete & file all bank transactions Post all accounting entries & keep proper, sound and complete records for supportAny other duty as may be assigned.
