Accounts Receivable Accountant at Fast Choice

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Accounts Receivable Accountant role located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Accounts Receivable Accountant will be responsible for invoicing clients, managing accounts receivable, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely collection of payments. Daily tasks will include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and communicating with clients regarding their accounts. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to support financial operations and address any discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Finance and Accounting principles
• Experience with Invoicing and accounts receivable management
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Work experience in a similar role is preferred
