    Administrative Assistance - Compliance & Ethics Directorate

    The position holder will offer administrative assistance to the Compliance & Ethics Department.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintaining the cause list of the disciplinary committee;
    • Serving hearing notices for matters before the Disciplinary Committee;
    • Attending the disciplinary committee sittings, taking minutes and maintaining records of the disciplinary committee;
    • Attending to complaints; and
    • Keeping records/files of disciplinary matters against Advocates and overseeing the enforcement of orders of the disciplinary committee.

    Required Skills and Experience

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field from a recognized Institution;
    • Diploma in Business related field or a related field from a recognized Institution;
    • Computer Proficient;
    • Record keeping skills; and
    • At least 3 years working experience as an Administrative Assistant in a reputable organization.
