Job Summary:

The County Public Service Board Wishes to recruit competent and qualified persons on permanent and pensionable terms to fill the following positions in the department of Public Service & Administration.

Duties And Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities The Administrative Assistant III shall be responsible to the relevant administrator for the following.

• Ensuring and coordinating the participation of the village unit in governance.
• Assisting the village unit to develop the administrative capacity for the effective exercise of the functions and powers and participation in governance at the local level.
• The exercise of any functions and powers delegated by the County Public Service Board under section 86 of the County Government Act, 2012.

Qualifications:

Direct appointment For direct appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:

• Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education;
• Be a holder of a certificate in any of the following disciplines: - Public Administration; Business Administration Management, Community Development or any other Social Sciences from a recognized institution;
• Certificate in computer application.
