Administrative Officer - AN- Scale -KMTC 8 - 2 Posts at Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC)

Duties at this level will entail:

• Maintenance of buildings and equipment; supervision of security activities; ensuring provision of general cleanliness;
• Supervision of transport;
• Maintenance of records of all College assets and properties including title deeds, log books, insurance covers and provision of office accommodation;
• Overseeing telephone, registry, secretarial and general office services;
• Preparation of Budget, Quarterly and Annual reports.

For appointment to this level a candidate must have; - 

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management / Records Management / Business Administration or its equivalent from a recognized institution; 
• Proficiency in Computer Applications; and 
• Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
