Administrator at First American Health Institute-Kenya (FAHI-Kenya)

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare, Information Technology, or a related field
• Demonstrate good computer skills
• Proven experience in administrative, academic, or center coordination roles
• Social media savvy with basic content posting and digital communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated financial integrity, honesty, and high standards of professional ethics Outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and the wider community

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the official representative and lead administrator of FAHI Voi Learning Centre
• Ensure smooth daily operations, academic coordination, and team supervision
• Provide clear leadership and command over school systems, schedules, and standards
• Oversee facility maintenance, tenancy matters, and security of institutional assets
• Maintain accurate inventory and records; ensure prudent resource use
• Drive student enrolment, marketing, and community outreach
• Set and track performance targets; prepare regular reports on center productivity
• Promote a culture of integrity, teamwork, innovation, and accountability
