    Agile Coach

    Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary individual to join our organization as the Agile Coach within the Product Department. As the Agile Coach, you will play a critical role in adoption of agile practices and methods to foster more effective, transparent, and cohesive teams, and to enable us to respond faster to our customers. You will work closely with product managers, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership in accelerating Business Agility and leading the Change in achieving our Vision. This position requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and Lean Agile Mindset within a product-focused environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Agile Transformation Leadership: Lead the bank's agile transformation journey, providing expert guidance, coaching, and mentoring to executives, managers, and agile teams.
    • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to define the bank's agile transformation strategy and roadmap, aligning it with the overall business goals.
    • Coaching and Training: Provide agile coaching and training to teams and individuals, ensuring they understand and apply agile methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
    • SAFe Training and Certification across Multiple disciplines.
    •  Support Agile Ceremonies such as Daily Standup, Backlog Refinements, Sprint Retros and Planning, Reviews and Retrospective, Inspect and Adapt, Problem Solving Workshops, PI Planning, System Demos, ART/PO/PM/Portfolio Syncs, Strategic Portfolio Reviews, Participatory Budget and Communities of Practice.
    • Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing strategies to optimize agile processes and practices.
    •  Continuously evolve tools setup and to support and optimize areas such as Product Management and DevOps.
    • Change Management: Champion agile principles and foster a culture of agility throughout the organization, managing resistance to change effectively.
    •  Metrics and Reporting:  Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and progress of the agile transformation, reporting regularly to leadership.
    • Collaboration: Foster collaboration and teamwork among cross-functional teams, promoting transparency, communication, and knowledge sharing.
    •  Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of EGH, facilitating alignment and buy-in for agile initiatives.
    • Manage and resolve conflicts, facilitating productive discussions and negotiations to ensure successful project outcomes.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
    • Certified SAFe® 6 Practice Consultant (SPC)
    • Certified to train SAFe® 6 across multiple disciplines.
    • Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Lean Portfolio Manager, Conducting Certified Training of SAFe® and Implementation of SAFe® Agile transformation within a product-focused organization.
    • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban.
    • Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet, Trello.
    • Strong facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to influence and guide teams and leaders.
    • Experience in change management and organizational transformation.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to navigate complex project and organizational challenges.
