Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy AI-driven automation solutions and autonomous agents for repetitive tasks and decision support.
• Manage agent orchestration using platforms such as Anthropic Claude, Azure AI, and OpenAI.
• Optimize workflows with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop).
• Integrate solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, and Dataverse).
• Implement Azure architectures (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and AI Services).
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and responsible AI standards.

Profile Requirements:

• Advanced English proficiency.
• 3 to 6+ years of experience in AI development, automation engineering, or related technical roles.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio).
• Proven track record building AI agents or LLM-based solutions (Claude, GPT, Azure OpenAI).
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and systems integration.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
